Mexican Inspired Hot Chocolate

Cozy up, friends! This isn't your ordinary hot chocolate recipe. Our dear friend and a South Delta Local Chef, Chef Miguel Curiel, shared with us this rich and delicious Mexican Inspired Hot Chocolate recipe. This recipe is made with 85% dark chocolate Amato Chocolate from ChocXO ( a locally owned chocolate company in Delta). It’s warm and comforting with a little bit of spice!
